SHIPPING POLICY
FREE USPS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES FOR ALL RETAIL ORDERS OVER $100.00
Retail orders over $100.00 will receive free USPS First Class shipping within the Continental United States. Any retail purchases under $100.00 will be charged a standard flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping. Other shipping rates are also available.
STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES & CANADA
If the item is in stock, we ship directly from our warehouse within 2 business days after receipt/clear of payment. We ship all retail orders via United Parcel Service, and most packages typically take two to five business days for delivery.
All trade/whole orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service with UPS shipping charge plus small handling fee. UPS Air Services are also available as shipping options. Most of the orders typically take 1-3 business days for preparation before shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Charges for all international shipping (excluding shipping to Canada, $8.95 for First Class Mail or $14.94 for Priority Mail) is $10.95 via USPS First Class Mail International (not insured) or $17.95 via USPS Priority Mail International (insured). If the item is in stock, we ship directly from our warehouse within 2 business days after receipt/clear of payment. It normally takes about 5-15 business days for delivery to major countries.
SALES TAX
California State law requires sales tax for items purchased from California. Resellers are required by law to provide a California Seller’s Permit to be exempt from applicable taxes.
